FREE General Admission Parking

All general admission parking is free at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena with a valid concert ticket. Carpooling is encouraged, all lots are first come, first served. Rideshare is labeled “Rideshare & Guest Pick up/Drop off”. Signage will be directing guests into the venue and/or to the tram stop. Tram services will be offered before and after an event. See parking map below for more details. Parking Map

Vehicle tailgating is allowed but restricted to your parking spot and the immediate area (8’x4’) behind your vehicle. Grilling is only allowed with propane grills. No Charcoal grills allowed on the premises. Please refrain from bringing glass bottles and use the trash receptacles provided.

Parking for premium guests is located in the lot labeled “Premium”. Premium parking passes will be provided by our Premium Management team. 

You must take JONES ROAD to access premium parking.

From HWY 65 onto HWY 86: stay in the LEFT LANE and exit the roundabout onto JONES ROAD.

From driving EAST on HWY 86: Exit on the roundabout to your right onto JONES ROAD.

Diamond parking is located near the venue and labeled “Diamond Parking”. This an upgraded parking lot available for purchase. Diamond lot parking fees vary by event.

You must take JONES ROAD to access diamond parking.

RV and oversized vehicles parking is located in the lot labeled “RV/OVERSIZE”. Tent/car camping is not allowed. Guests must stay overnight in designated RV (when overnight parking is offered). There are no RV hookups for water or power. RV must be self-sustained. RV/Oversized Parking is an upgraded lot and guests must purchase a RV/Oversized parking pass.

RV/Oversized Parking OVERNIGHT- Guest may begin arriving on Wednesday, August 20th at 3:00 PM and must depart by Thursday, August 21st at 10:00 AM.

Ways to Stay Cool at the Venue!

Fan Misters: located inside the fan zone and inside the venue

FREE Water Re-Fill Stations: located next to the restrooms, inside the fan zone, and next to the merch tents on the floor

Fans: personal fans, neck fans, and cooling towels are allowed inside the venue

Stay Hydrated: One sealed plastic water bottle (non frozen) and empty soft, squeezable plastic water bottles are allowed inside the venue. Please note all lids must be removed from bottles in the floor section of the venue.

Shade: There will be shaded spots inside the fan zone, underneath the Veteran's Tower and underneath Party Barn

First Aid: Located underneath Veteran's Tower and near South Lounge

Arrival: Upon arrival guests are welcome to enjoy the fan zone or tailgate at their car in the parking lot, or do both!

CONCESSIONS: Guests will have a variety of food and beverage options inside the amphitheater serving fan-favorite items, such as BBQ, burgers, snacks, beverages and full-service bar locations.

VEHICLE TAILGATING: Tailgating is allowed in the parking lot, it must be restricted to your parking spot.

GA HILL& CENTER HILL: This section does not have a physical seat and is first-come, first-served.

TICKETS: Save your tickets to your mobile wallet before arrival to get through the line faster. All guests ages 24 months old and older require a ticket to this event.

PUBLIC WI-FI: Please join "TRNA - Public WIFI" once you arrive at the venue and turn on Wi-Fi calling

FAST PASS: Purchase a fast pass to have expedited entry into the venue

SPRAY SUNSCREEN & BUG SPRAY: Non aerosol and aerosol cans are allowed inside the venue, aerosol cans must be under 3.4 ounces

LAWN CHAIR RENTALS/BLANKETS: Once inside the venue grab your chair and/or blanket at the top of the hill next to the guest services tent underneath the Veteran's Tower. Lawn Chair rentals and Blankets are available for purchase in advance or onsite.
