Accessible seating is limited and reserved exclusively for guests with accessible requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and (1) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space

Bag PolicyThe Thunder Ridge Nature Arena Box Office is located inside the Fan Zone. The Box Office opens when the fan zone and parking lots open. The Box Office will not be open on non-event days. Will Call tickets will be available at the Thunder Ridge Nature Arena Box Office one hour before doors open for each event.
Non-professional still cameras are permitted at most events. Restrictions on the use of still and video cameras vary by event and are determined by the event producer. Professional photography, video recording of any kind, and/or flash photography are prohibited. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion (no GoPro type cameras, no selfie-sticks). Guests should contact Thunder Ridge Nature Arena prior to attending an event to find out if a camera or other recording device is permitted.
Cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted at any event.
Cameras are only permitted to enter the venue outside any type of case or bag.
Thunder Ridge Nature Arena accepts debit and credit card transactions only. No cash is accepted and no reverse ATMs are available inside the arena.
For most ticketed events, children 23 months and younger do not require a ticket to be admitted into Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. Any children 24 months and older require a ticket to enter the amphitheater. Please note that some shows may have a different age policy, specifically if they are intended for children. Please see the specific event page for further information.

Guests attending a Thunder Ridge Nature Arena event expect first-class service, a safe and clean environment and concessionaries that serve a variety of quality food, and courteous and knowledgeable staff.

As a guest of Thunder Ridge Nature Arena you are expected to:
2. Know the Rules. Please read our policies prior to attending the event and check the specific event page for detailed information. We kindly ask you to respect and adhere to special policies from the artist or tour. Occasionally performers require unique restrictions. These requests will supersede Thunder Ridge Nature Arena standard rules.
3. Pack Light. Do not attempt to bring prohibited items into the venue. Please check the specific event page for items you are allowed to bring in for the event you are attending.
4. All bags entering the venue may be subject to search.
5. Be Respectful. Be the fan that others want to be around. Your decisions & actions impact those around you. Allow fans of all ages to have a positive experience and please refrain from inappropriate & disruptive behavior.
6. Follow directions from staff. Patron Safety is our first priority. Our staff members are your resource for information regarding venue operations, rules, and emergency procedures.
7. Only sit in your designated area. Occupying space other than your own is prohibited. You may be asked to present your ticket when determining seat/space rights. Keep your ticket accessible at all times.
8. Keep items at your designated area. Refrain from setting down drinks and other personal items behind you or in other patron’s spaces. Do not throw objects or liquids in the audience or at the stage.
9. Standing vs. Sitting. It can be difficult to determine whether you should stand/dance or sit during an event, so please observe the behavior of the majority of those around you and please act appropriately.
10. Pump down the volume. If you can hear yourself over the performer, please reconsider the volume of your singing or talking. Fans are encouraged to sing & enjoy themselves while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow patrons.
11. Thunder Ridge Nature Arena is a non-smoking venue. Vapes and e-pens are also not allowed inside the venue.
12. Drink Responsibly. Event staff reserves the right to and will deny entrance or eject impaired/intoxicated guests or underage drinkers in a prompt and safe manner. Please choose a designated driver or rideshare option.
13. Be where you are supposed to be. Do not attempt to enter restricted areas or get on stage.
14. Unauthorized Vending is Prohibited. It is illegal to sell food, alcohol, tickets, or any other items in the parking lots and in the venue. Violators will be ticketed and/or removed from the premises.

In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and WALK to the nearest exit in an orderly fashion. Follow posted signs and listen to announcements for specific instructions. In some circumstances you will be directed to remain in place and staff will direct you where to go. If you are disabled, trained staff members will assist you in getting to safety.
The Fan Zone at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena will be open for most ticketed events and will open when the parking lot opens (see individual event pages for parking lot hours). Arrive early and enjoy a unique shopping experience, food vendors, games, crafts and more!
Trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any guest in need at every Thunder Ridge Nature Arena Event. First Aid offices are located inside the fan zone, underneath the veteran’s tower, and in the floor section.
Your Fast Lane ticket grants entrance to the music venue through a dedicated "Fast Lane". Look for the Fast Lane entry at the front of the venue and show your event ticket and Fast Lane voucher to get in first! When purchasing Fast Lane, you will receive a Fast Lane ticket (separate from main/concert ticket). One Fast Lane Pass ticket per Main/Concert Event Ticket is required.**Please note a Fast Lane Pass is not an admission ticket into the venue patrons need to also purchase an actual admission ticket for the show as well and present both upon entry. Please note: If you're attending with a group, each guest will need their own Fast Lane voucher.

For any Guest Service questions or issues please go to the Guest Service located in the Fan Zone and near both venue entrances. In addition, Guest Service will provide assistance to guests with disabilities as needed.
Lawn chairs are not allowed inside Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. Seat cushions, soft side seat backs, stadium seats (with no metal, PVC, or hard material) and blankets are allowed in the venue. An example of approved seating is below.
Lawn Chair Rentals:
Lawn Chairs are available to rent through Thunder Ridge Nature Arena to enjoy if you are in the Hill. Once you are in the venue, and ready to grab your chair, bring your e-ticket to the lawn chair rental stand located at arena entrance after getting your event ticket scanned.
Lost children should be escorted to the nearest officer or staff member. In the event that you become separated from your child or a member of your party, you will also want to contact the nearest officer or staff member.
Tips for attending Thunder Ridge Nature Arena events with small children:
- Remind younger children to avoid strangers and help them identify police officers or officials to go to when lost.
- Place your phone number in your child's pocket in case you're separated or write in permanent marker on their hand.
- Keep your phone charged and on.
- Program it to vibrate as well as ring.
- Dress your child in bright apparel.
- Designate a meeting point.
- Discuss different scenarios and how to seek help.
- Keep a recent photo of your child on your smartphone.
- Assign one adult to watch each child at all times.
- Make sure children know full names.
- Buy temporary safety tattoos or identification bracelets for kids.

Read MoreAll general admission parking is free at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena with a valid concert ticket. Parking at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena is offered on a first come, first serve basis. Guests who have purchased a diamond parking pass with be directed to the diamond lot. Motorcycles, mopeds and side-by-sides will each need their own parking space.
Taxi, Rideshare and drop-off and pick up is located in a parking lot adjacent to the venue. Guests will be directed into the venue where they can catch tram services to the main entry.
RV and oversized vehicles parking is located in the lot labeled “RV/OVERSIZE”. Tent/car camping is not allowed. Overnight guest must stay in designated RV slot (when overnight parking is offered). There are no RV hookups for water or power. RV must be self-sustained.

Learn MoreAll guests at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena will be screened by walk-through metal detectors and/or security hand-held wands. All bags will be inspected upon entry. Thunder Ridge Nature Arena reserves the right to confiscate items that may cause danger or disruption to the event or other guests, or which are in breach of building policies and/or prohibited items.
There will be two open air tram stops located near the parking lots shuttling guest to and from the venue before and after an event.
Thunder Ridge Nature Arena does not shuttle guests to/from hotels or resorts. Big Cedar Lodge provides a shuttle for guest of the resort, please contact Big Cedar Lodge for more information about their shuttles.
