Thunder Ridge Nature Arena is committed to providing all guests with a clean, safe and fun experience.
Thunder Ridge Nature Arena strives to provide exceptional service to all guests including those with disabilities. Thunder Ridge meets or exceeds the requirement of compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and state of Missouri accessibility mandates.
Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for guests with accessible requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and one (1) companion seat next to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space.
ADA Tickets are available for purchase at Ticketmaster.com. Either click on the ADA section on the event map or filter the listed tickets and open the ADA ticket option.
Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible ticket, which is assigned to a space for a wheelchair and/or walker, and one (1) companion seat next to the accessible space, which includes a chair.
ADA Parking is available, and patrons must display their ADA placard upon arrival to the venue. ADA parking is free for ADA patrons with a valid concert ticket. Vehicles without ADA placards will not be allowed to park in ADA Parking.
Service animals that are trained or in-training are allowed to enter Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and/or employees may be asked to escort the animal off-premises. All service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times.
Thunder Ridge Nature Arena provides sign language interpreters free of charge to the hearing impaired. Use the Contact button to request an Interpreter. Requests must be submitted 14 days prior to the event to ensure availability.
